XM Consulting Ltd is an independent performance marketing consultancy registered in England and Wales. We stay small on purpose, and we have built how we work around being easy to check.
Why we exist
Plenty of businesses spend real money on advertising without ever being told, in plain language, what a click is worth to them. The reports arrive, the numbers go up and down, and nobody can explain which decision caused what.
We started XM Consulting to work the other way round. Model the economics first, agree the targets, then build campaigns against them and write down every change. It is a slower way to start and a much easier way to keep going.
What we hold ourselves to.
Your money, treated like ours
Before a campaign goes live we can tell you what a click should be worth and why. If a channel cannot pay for itself, we will say so, including when that means spending less with us.
You own everything
Accounts, data, tracking setups and documentation belong to you from day one. We work through a manager account, and if we part ways you keep all of it, history included.
Senior hands on the work
We stay deliberately small. The person who scopes your account is the person who works in it, so nothing is handed down a chain of juniors after the first month.
Policy-safe by default
Everything we run is inside Google Ads and platform policy. No cloaking, no scraped landing pages, no shortcuts that put your account at risk of suspension.
How we protect the people who hire us
Accounts stay in your name
We request access to accounts you own rather than creating them under ours, so your data and history never sit behind our login.
Fees separate from media
You pay Google and the platforms directly. Our fee is flat and agreed in advance, so advice about budget is never shaped by our own invoice.
Written before actioned
Structural changes are proposed in writing with the reasoning attached, and logged once made. Nothing significant happens to your account as a surprise.
